TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Michelle Sweegers and to every agreement reached between Michelle Sweegers and the client. By ordering and paying in advance for the order, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of Michelle Sweegers.

SALES PRICES

The sales prices in the web shop at www.michellesweegers.nl are, unless stated otherwise, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. In case of price changes, the rates that are stated at the time of ordering on www.michellesweegers.nl apply. For resellers it is possible to make separate price agreements with sufficient quantity. However, the reseller is bound to the sales price as applicable in the Michelle Sweegers webshop.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are listed separately for the relevant articles in the webshop and depend on weight and destination. When purchasing multiple products, the actual shipping costs are charged. 

DELIVERY

The order will be executed with the greatest care and as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Returns are not accepted. nor can a refund be requested. If a shipment does not arrive or does not arrive correctly, the customer has 8 days to complain. Michelle Sweegers will then offer a solution in all reasonableness, at the discretion of Michelle Sweegers.

REALIZATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Michelle Sweegers reserves the right to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to the delivery.
